These terms govern your use of connectcloud.digital and the application analytics services described on this site. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services
We provide application analytics consulting: instrumentation review, funnel and retention analysis, dashboard design, experiment readouts, and related advisory work. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a written engagement agreement.
Website use
You may browse the site for information about our services. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volume, or submit false information through forms. We may suspend access that harms the site or other users.
No professional guarantee of outcomes
Analytics work depends on your data quality, product changes, and market conditions. We provide analysis and recommendations in good faith. We do not guarantee specific retention lifts, revenue outcomes, or experiment wins.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for lawful collection of user data, privacy notices, consent mechanisms, and compliance with Korean and applicable international privacy law. You must ensure you have rights to grant us access to analytics tools and datasets used in an engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to connectcloud or its licensors. Deliverables created under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that agreement. Until fees are paid in full, we may retain rights in unpaid work product.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public product and data information shared during engagements as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, connectcloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or services. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
